Viphomeclean provides maintenance and industrial cleaning services exclusively for corporate headquarters, embassies, and institutional buildings under a B2B model. This website describes the technical capabilities, operational protocols, and verified staff profiles. It does not constitute a binding commercial offer until a specific contract is signed.
The client agrees to provide secure access to the premises, truthful information about the areas to be serviced, and to notify of any risk conditions (hazardous materials, restricted zones, alarm systems). Failure to comply with these obligations releases Viphomeclean from liability for resulting damages.
Viphomeclean shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, interruption of business activities, or incidents caused by force majeure, acts of unauthorized third parties, or incorrect client instructions. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the contracted service during the affected period.
All content on the site —including texts, process diagrams, methodologies, and training materials— is the property of Viphomeclean. The client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use such materials outside the scope of the contract. Information shared during service execution will be treated with strict confidentiality.
Maintenance contracts have a minimum term of 12 months, automatically renewable unless written notice is given 60 days in advance. Either party may terminate the agreement immediately in the event of serious breaches not remedied within 15 business days.
Viphomeclean reserves the right to update these conditions. Changes will be notified 30 days in advance via the registered email address. Continued use of the service after the modifications take effect implies acceptance of the new conditions.
