Definitions and scope of service

The detailed conditions below form an integral part of any maintenance contract entered into with Viphomeclean. Their purpose is to establish clear limits and avoid divergent interpretations regarding the nature, extent, and responsibilities of the service provided at corporate headquarters and embassies.

1. Scope of application

The service is strictly limited to the areas and surfaces detailed in the technical annex of the contract. Expressly excluded are unspecified areas, high-voltage electrical installations, internal computer systems, and any equipment requiring handling by technical personnel accredited by the client.

2. Personnel and access

All assigned personnel have a current background check and H.O.M.E. Clean credential. Access to restricted areas is governed by the client's security protocols. Viphomeclean is not responsible for delays arising from additional access controls not communicated 48 hours in advance.

3. Materials and equipment

Certified industrial chemicals and machinery are used in accordance with IRAM and ISO standards. Any specific requirements for supplies (brands, compounds, concentrations) must be notified in writing at the start of the contract. The replacement of equipment with equivalent models does not constitute a breach.

4. Frequency and schedules

Cleaning routines are carried out at the agreed times (daytime, nighttime, or mixed). Rescheduling a session requires at least 24 business hours' notice. No tasks are performed outside the schedule without an additional service order signed by the client's representative.

5. Damages and liability

Viphomeclean covers verifiable direct damages caused by its personnel during the provision of the service, with a limit equivalent to three months of the contractual value. Excluded are pre-existing damages, normal wear and tear, hidden defects, or those arising from facilities in poor condition.

6. Confidentiality

All personnel sign a confidentiality agreement that prohibits the disclosure of information observed at the client's facilities. This agreement remains in effect even after the contract ends. Any breach will be immediately reported to the designated security officer.
